Community Kettlebell Classes
Up-level your kettlebell training to increase strength, improve your mobility, and build functional fitness.
In this weekly community workout we get together, socialize, practice our KB techniques AND give back to a local charity!
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, kettlebell training will challenge and invigorate you!
*must be able to do basic KB movements to attend these community workouts*

The Rebel Strength Academy
Learn to lift and build sustainable habits in this 3x/week strength and conditioning small group class.
Rebel Strength Academy is a small group training environment designed to elevate your fitness and to have fun in the gym building healthy habits to the next level. Max 16 people per group.
Our coaches specialize in athletic development, focusing on enhancing speed, agility, power, and overall athleticism. Whether you're a competitive athlete or someone who wants to add more strength and athletic training into your routine, our strength academy will help you make sense of the gym and feel encouraged to train hard AND have fun!
Rebel Rush is a 45 min conditioning class designed to help you recover and build long term skills along with improved mobility. Designed to help you recover and build a strong cardiovascular system.
Rebel Flex is fun and encouraging class with higher rep work, timed blocks and some conditioning elements. Design to help you recover and build muscle.
